Hot tub! ( ONLY AVAILABLE FROM OCT 1st TO MAY 31st ) Game Room! Pickleball and basketball court! Pontoon Rental available. 4 kayaks provided for free. Park up to 10 vehicles. Room to park 2 boats of your own if you choose to bring some. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. Fully furnished. Newly updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental on Lake Wawasee! Situated on a channel connecting to Lake Wawasee, the largest natural lake in Indiana, this house ensures outdoor adventure! Look forward to plenty of restaurants in the area including 3 that are located on the lake that are accessible by boat. Also there are a couple different marinas located on the lake that you can drive up to by boat and they will fill up your boat for you. Plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, chalets, fast food etc within 10 minutes from the house.

Pontoon Rental - $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. Discounted weekly rate of $895.. Newer pontoon with a new fishfinder and everything you need to enjoy the lake. 125 hp 4 stroke motor. The pontoon is available from April 15th through Oct 31st.

The Space:
Sorry no pets allowed. We do enjoy pets ourselves but due to some people's pets shedding alot we chose to not allow it.

-REMEMBER THE HOT TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE IN JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER

Includes an 8 person hot tub with view of the canal and two full kitchens fully equipped and ready to host a large family gathering! Two Living Rooms!

- Pickleball paddles and balls are included and also basketballs.

-Outside SwingSet for kids

- A newly updated game room has been added with pool table, ping pong, mini basketball, spike ball and darts. 60 inch smart TV in game room.

-Great fishing and there is also a sandbar where 20 to 200 boats gather on any given day or weekend depending on the weather.

- There is a dollar general within walking distance of the property. The backyard has a gas grill and a fire pit. Fire pit has a graber grill to mount over the campfire should you want to make food over an open fire.

- There are cornhole boards, Spike Ball and 4 kayaks for outside pleasure. Direct TV on the 5 Smart TVs and board games for inside pleasure.

At the one end of the downstairs living there's 2 more bunk beds. One is a full over twin and the other is a twin over twin.

Shipshewana is 28 minutes away and is a small tourist town is one of the largest flea markets in the world. Lots of small shops, stores, bakeries and Amish food!

** This is not a party house. We want you to have a good time and enjoy yourself but also we ask that you treat our home as you would want yours to be treated. We will enforce a $500 fine if the hot tub is excessively dirty from drinking or food!

We had a great stay! The house has everything you need to enjoy a week on the lake. The kids loved the game room and outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for everyone. We rented the pontoon boat for a few days, the owner was easy to work with and the boat worked well for our needs. We would stay again!

Perfect house for Lake fun

If you’re looking for a luxury vacation rental this is not the place, but if you’re looking for the perfect LAKE place to hang out with friends and family, this is it!!! The property had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of space for everyone and stacked with activities for all ages. The channel ride back to the property from the lake is about 10 minutes but the privacy gained by being at the end of the channel was well worth it. The kids kayaked, played basketball, ping pong, spike ball, and fished right off the dock (and caught a lot of fish!). The pontoon was well worth the extra cost and gave us a nice home base when we were at the sandbar. Communication was great, check-in was super easy and the accommodations were perfect for our group. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun-filled week at Wawasee!

First Time on Wawasee

The house was perfect for our annual family vacation with ages 3 to 71. The game room equipped with pool and ping pong tables, basketball toss, and big screen TV was enjoyed by everyone, especially on the one rainy day we had. Evenings were spent in the back yard in the 8 person hot tub or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as it was located on a channel off of the main lake. The property owner was very responsive to our needs and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect lake living home

This place is so big that we stayed 90% of the time downstairs. The kids loved the game room. The boat was a huge hit. The kids loved the Kayaks. The owners responded very quickly when we had a question. I would recommend this place to anyone, A+++.

Safe, Excellent option no matter the weather! Variety for all and offers quiet time for moms too!!

The pictures do not do this property justice! You will NOT be disappointed staying here! Once inside, you will be amazed at all of the space, rooms and beds. The house is very welcoming and there was no boredom or complaints from the husband, wife or teenagers, plenty for everyone to do, both inside and outside! The hot tub and firepit is amazing, the game room, a HUGE hit, the movie room in the basement too, so many channels for so many age groups, the internet is excellent as well! Everyone could spread out and do their own thing and everyone could gather together and enjoy meals and games. This is a safe environment and safe neighborhood that everyone could enjoy, no matter the ages, even individuals. The neighbors were friendly when you saw them, you still have plenty of privacy outdoors and tons indoors as well. The hosts have well stocked the house with bath, bed, kitchen supplies (even spices,oils,pans, etc) for indoor/outdoor cooking, or upstairs/downstairs cooking. The grill did quit while we were there and the hosts were kind enough to replace it within the hour! Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Heat/Central Air. The teens all had great entertainment options, loving the kayaks, pool, ping pong, basketball, cards, boardgames, plenty of room in side yard to play too, they even enjoyed a game of hide and seek inside. Mom's you will LOVE this house and all it offers, you can truly relax, no one is bored!! Hosts were excellent, we WILL be back, already planning!Thank you!

Cousin's Womens Retreat

4 Generations of our family came together to sing karaoke, play bingo, tells stories, look at old photos, dance, and laugh. There was plenty of room, foldable tables and chairs to all be together in one space, a bed for everyone, and everything we needed in the kitchens. This is a fantastic place for a large group.

Great area and beautiful lake.

The property is a little run down, and the area is a little farther off the lake than we liked. The neighborhood doesn't offer much other than a handful of restaurants and has no downtown, shops, etc. Having said that, we have never been to a place quite like this. The canals are like streets, all leading to the lake which is stunning. The lake is very large and excellent for water sports and fishing. We had a fantastic time!

Thanksgiving 2021

This was an awesome place. 12 people all ages. Enough sleeping room for everybody. 2 kitchens for our Thanksgiving dinner. Set up 2 long tables so everyone could eat together. This lake house is clean and furnished beautifully. One suggestion would be another set of cookware. And some reflectors at the end of the driveway. Really dark at night. I will definitely recommend this to friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
