The Barn at Haden is a custom well appointed finished 2 bedroom, 1 full bath space elevated above a detached 3 car garage with a large outdoor private deck to enjoy Blue Ridge Mountain views. It features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end finishes. Whether staying for a night or for the weekend, it is an experience to enjoy the easy living Crozet has to offer. Walkable/bikeable to downtown Crozet, 2 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville.
Whether visiting family or friends in the area, attending a wedding or event or just getting away for a great experience you'll find your happy place at The Barn at Haden. If you enjoy staying in a place that has all the conveniences of your own home, that's how we designed the space. It features, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, farmhouse sink, full size refrigerator and quartzite countertops. The oversized island will surely be the hangout spot in the space. A full size dining table is offered for meals. The family room offers a large HDTV. There's a laundry room with washer and dryer and both bedrooms have their own closets with hangers. The 2nd bedroom can be created by closing the two 4' barn doors and pulling down the full size murphy bed. If you are a guest that only needs one bed, then the barn doors remain open for an additional sitting room to retreat to. There's an abundance of natural light thru every window but the lights you do need to turn on are powered by solar energy in the home. There is a separate exterior staircase that leads to an oversized elevated deck for privacy.

We are equipped for children! The space includes a pack n' play (bring your own crib sheet), infant bathing tub, step stool for the bathroom sink and a small basket of toys/books to keep small children entertained. There is also a full size playground within walking distance down the street in the Old Trail Neighborhood.

Downtown Crozet is less than 1/2 mile (walkable with sidewalks the entire way) with many options for food and activities to choose from. Chiles Orchard is 3 miles away and offers seasonal picking of strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apples and pumpkins.
