The ground floor features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, a living area with a television and double sofa bed, and an open kitchenette equipped with a ceramic 4-ring hob, grill, microwave, and dishwasher.

The first floor houses two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—alongside a second bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Glass doors from the living space open out onto a private terrace overlooking a shared garden area furnished with outdoor seating.
