Cozy Condo on the water

Cozy condo located on the Withlacoochee, in the heart of Dunnellon. Fully stocked unit provides all the comforts of home (utensils, pots etc.) or if you prefer, many restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful Dunnellon offers numerous walking trails and water activities such as swimming, tubing and kayaking. Condo is minutes away from Rainbow Springs park which has beautiful blue/green water (that maintains at 72 degrees year round), nature trails & waterfalls. If shopping is your thing, there are numerous shops right up the short block within easy walking distance. If you’d like to venture out to surrounding cities, Crystal river is a short 20 min. away and also offers many water activities like manatee tours and scuba diving. Homosassa Wildlife park (10 minutes past Crystal River) also is a nice park which offers an educational boat ride and animals such as a Hippo, alligators, numerous birds and manatees. Condo does not face the water but has easy access, no stairs!

A week to swim with the manatees

Our stay in the cozy condo was excellent. It was exactly as advertised. We loved all the amenities for the cost of the stay. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo itself was well stocked, had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was lack of a sharp knife and the bed not being as comfortable as we needed. We bought a sharp paring knife and left it, we also bought a blow up camp bed to sleep on. Our hostess was very responsive and said that a new topper for the bed would be nice. We would stay again at this location! It was a beautiful area, tons of things to do, quiet and peaceful complex. Visitors should know that manatee season is September through March. Area tourism does not really explain this and if you are coming to see the manatee, during warm seasons, you may be disappointed. However, the entire area is beautiful and there are a lot of different things to see and do.

Great condo

We had a great time staying at this condo! Location is the best 
being on the river. Lots of days socializing on the deck or by the pool with others. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Sonia’s condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great place and would highly recommend!!

Quiet & Quick Access to town

Perfect location to be off the main drag of town & right on the water. Perfect spot to chill in the pool or hot tub after a long day. It was quiet and secluded to have the place to myself. I was able to work out by the waterway most mornings if weather permitted. The condo contained the basics and was very useful to have coffee every morning. Thank you for opening your home.

Family Vacation

Sonia's condo was just as described. It was clean and well equipped. Its location within The Landings was very convenient, as it is right off the parking lot, next to a ramp...no steps! The environment was quiet and the residents of The Landings were very pleasant. Super close to Publix, Walmart, Dollar General, and many restaurants. We visited Swampy's waterfront restaurant several times during our week-long stay. Sonia was only a message away, if we ever had questions.

We stayed at the condo in March 2023 for 8 nights. We found the place super clean. Nice screen porch sit outside. It was like being at home. It had all the things you would find in your own home. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. Sonia was kind to have coffee pods for us.

Fabulous!

This property is amazing! Sonia is super responsive and accommodating. We are in the process of building a house and she has been very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay many times. The condo is small but perfect for what we needed, and the pool and hot tub are a huge plus! 10/10 recommend!

Great Cozy Condo

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Dunellon Florida. We have been coming to The Landings for 13 years now but this was our first time staying in this unit. We would definitely stay here again. No River View

Unit overlooks the parking lot and is at the main entrance to the building. Lots of foot traffic in and out around the unit, bedroom window was next to the stairs. Unit is adequately equipped but living room furnishings were old and uncomfortable. It is in a good location for visiting downtown area and local restaurants.
