This home was awesome! Very clean, all the amenities you could ever need, and easy access to Crystal River and Gulf of America by boat. This was by far the best experience we have had and we plan on booking again in the coming days. The only minor hiccup was that the sound on the living room tv would stop working on on or two shows. Not sure why. However the condition of the house and amenities FAR outweighed this. Everyone in our group was VERY impressed!

This property was everything you hope for when getting a VRBO. It was spotless regarding cleanliness, the beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the gathering areas were also very comfortable and I would come back here anytime. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was friendly and informative about the area. Everyone was happy with everything about this property. Loved staying here!

Stayed the weekend with 2 other families!! Awesome home. Had everything we needed and beautiful location. Kitchen was great to cook a family style meal after a fun day scalloping. Also close too Crystal River Water sports which has a boat ramp to launch our boat. Tina the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Already booked for next year..

Fantastic House on the Water!

We celebrated Grandma's and Dad's birthdays with 9 family members total for the weekend and everyone kept raving how wonderful the place was! There is plenty to do for the kids and adults and you can even bring your boat to tie off in the canal. The place was spotless and super clean. We definitely will be staying again!
