The perfect villa for discerning travelers seeking wellness, adventure, big surf swells, and gorgeous beaches — where luxury meets nature and sustainability, where lush jungle greenery meets pristine & protected beaches, permeating a sense of wellbeing and happiness in everyday life.

THE SPACE

Sustainable design is implemented throughout the home, with its open air concept, green roof, energy efficient glass, a salt water infinity pool, and energy efficient appliances.

Spread out over 4,800+ square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, this 5 bed - 3 bath villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and every bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit.

IMPORTANT: For groups larger than 8 guests, there is also an additional loft bedroom available only accessible by ladder, bringing the maximum occupancy up to 9 guests. Groups larger than 8 guests are required to book the extra room at an additional cost of $60/night.

The Nicoya Peninsula is the largest of only 5 blue zones in the entire world, permeating a sense of wellbeing and happiness in everyday life.

Perched on Nosara’s Gold Coast hillside with breathtaking ocean views, this awe-inspiring community is highly private with 24hr security, and remotely located within The Ostional Wildlife Refuge (the protected home of the nesting sites of the olive ridley sea turtle).

This eco-conscious community is in one of the most pristine and untouched natural settings in the world, and is just a 15 mile scenic drive to the heart of Nosara, with all of your essentials being easily attainable nearby.

For Beach Goers:

Rarely will you find a Pacific beach with such warm water (80+ degrees year round), soft white sand and gentle slope – ideal for swimming, boogie-boarding, body boarding or surfing.

Getting Around:

Since the property is in a pristine community within the Costa Rican jungle, having a car (4x4 preferable) would be the best way to get around. The roads are indeed jungle roads, and our onsite management will be able to help coordinate your transportation needs and/or arrange for a SUV rental with our local vendor partner (the best car rental service in all of Costa Rica)

For peace of mind, we highly recommend using our preferred airport shuttle service from Liberia Airport to the Villa — $180 from 1 to 4 people and $10 per extra person (one way).

Onsite management can arrange for your local 4x4 SUV rental to be delivered directly to your villa.

The outside living area feels like a resort with its covered outdoor living spaces and sleek sectionals, 4 comfortable sun loungers by an exceptionally designed saltwater infinity pool — which is cleverly incorporated in the middle of the main living area of the home.

In addition to the many outdoor lounge spaces, there is also a large Grill section with a large custom dining table and bench made from locally sourced wood, with comfortable seating for 8 and breathtaking panoramic views.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN & DINING:

The living space & kitchen areas are truly magnificent. An open concept with 24-foot ceilings and energy-efficient glass doors that slide into the walls, giving unobstructed access to the main exterior living space and pool.

The kitchen is chef-ready, complete with energy-efficient stainless appliances, top-of-the-line cookware, artisan made dinnerware, sommelier approved glassware, and a countertop seating for 5 people.

There is a large dining table with seating for 8 people (in addition to the 5 barstools at the counter).

*Upon request, we can also help coordinate a private cook, chef, or professional catering service from our choice of authorized vendors - extra fees apply.


AMENITIES + SECURITY:

The villa is fully stocked, with top of the line smart TVs, wireless internet, and air-conditioning units in every bedroom.

For your security, the villa is located in a private gated community, with 24hr security, and includes a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit.

For your total peace of mind, we also use smart home security technology — the home is protected with state of the art, 24hr smart security cameras at every entrance and a 100% privacy compliant decibel monitoring system that help us to respond to potential disturbances without disrupting your stay.

Personal service is a cornerstone of our philosophy. Our villa management team is warm, friendly, attentive, and brings a great wealth of international experience in luxury hospitality.

Online, our booking management team is conveniently available 24/7 and always ready to help answer your inquiries with the utmost convenience. Onsite, we’ve partnered with a local concierge service that can help elevate your entire vacation experience in Costa Rica, both with in-villa experiences (such as private airport shuttles, grocery stocking, private chef & catering, in-villa massages & yoga classes, and more), as well as off-site adventure tours (such as surfing lessons, deep-sea fishing and boating tours, zip-lining tours, and more).

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT + MUTUAL RESPECT

In order to protect the integrity of our community, and to create the best experience for all our guests who wish to immerse themselves into the local culture, our Guest Code of Conduct is based on mutual respect and is outlined in detail within our rental agreement (which can be accessed and read in full before booking).

The Primary Guest will be required to confirm their acknowledgement and agreement of our Guest Code of Conduct within 7 days of reservation.

We have a strict zero tolerance for violations of our Guest Code of Conduct, and any violations can result in denied entry to or the immediate expulsion of the home and community — without refund.

We believe that establishing this kind of relationship and mutual respect with our guests upfront creates more transparency in the rental process, and only strengthens our mission to give you the best and most authentic Costa Rican experience possible.

CHECKING IN + OUT

Our designated check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am — local time.

Due to the size of the home, it takes a fair amount of time to perform the enhanced cleaning protocols that our professional crew has in place.

And we sincerely appreciate that all guests leave the home in a ‘Leave No Trace’ state and to make sure they respect and adhere to the check in & out times.
