St Martin - The pearl of the Caribbean!
Relax in the Caribbean in this superb house with its extraordinary view of Pinel Bay, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and on the island of St Barth.
In the middle of a nature reserve, you will swim with turtles and the multitude of exotic fish in the middle of the corals.
With access to the sea 50m from the house, you can take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards available to go enjoy a lobster or a cocktail on the Pinel garlic.
DESCRIPTION: 3 pretty bedrooms, including a master, a friendly kitchen, a living room opening onto the huge terrace with a swimming pool with waterfall. For virtuosos, a piano is just waiting for your melodies with the turquoise Caribbean sea as a panorama.
WELCOME: I will be happy to show you the good tables, the most beautiful beaches and the most typical places of our paradise island.
ENVIRONMENT: Unique location in St Martin, very quiet and with sea access a few meters away.
LOCATION: The Pinel islet, the most touristic and essential place on the French side is within reach of kayaks or Paddle just in front of the house. All restaurants, shops and supermarkets are in close proximity by car from the house.

Séjour agréable

Excellent accueil et disponibilitĂ© du proprio qui habite juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Coin tranquille , parfait pour relaxer avec une vue super. Sentiers Ă  proximitĂ©. Seule dĂ©ception accĂšs Ă  la mer oui mais pas de plage accessible Ă  pieds. Ça peut finalement ĂȘtre un plus, il y a plein de belles plage Ă  visiter ;-) Épicerie U Ă  3 minutes en voiture. Chambre master avec toilette+ douche . Il y a une petite salle d'eau+douche au 1er plancher. À l'Ă©tage il y a les deux autres chambres. Pas Ă©vident quand on mesure 6 pieds avec les plafonds en pente :-( Air clim dans chaque chambre trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©!

Un petit coin de paradis

Une magnifique villa, un trÚs bel emplacement avec une vue superbe sur St Bart et Pinel ; François a été au top pour nous accueillir et aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour en famille. Cette parenthÚse antillaise nous a fait un bien fou. On reviendra ....

Excellent Retreat in Cul-de-Sac, St. Martin

Francois was a wonderful guest. Check-in was very easy - I was messaging with him prior to our arrival and let him know what approximate time we would be arriving at the villa. He was there to greet us and took the time to show us everything. Very thorough! The property is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The deck and pool overlooking the bay is amazing! They recently replaced the wood deck with concrete for the majority of the deck. Not a big difference, just pointing out a new update since the photos were posted. My wife and I were staying here and the A/C worked perfectly for cooling down the room at night. There are two bedrooms upstairs that also have A/C units for use. We did not use these rooms, but they appeared wonderful as well. Full kitchen, with some provided spices and all of the pans and dishes you could need. Even some grocery bags to use at the grocery store which was very close to this property, maybe 5 min drive. We went there every other day to pick up a couple of things here and there. Very easy. To do around the villa - as the listing shows, there are two kayaks available for your use. Just a short walk down the hill to access them where they are locked up along the water's edge. One 2-person and one 1-person kayak. I already have recommended St Martin and this property to many friends and co-workers. It was wonderful and had everything you would need.

Nice view but smelled terrible

From a glance, the villa seemed nice. When we arrived the owner’s son met us to hand us the keys. He had all the doors and windows open and there was a nice breeze. I noticed a smell but was not sure it was inside or out and we were excited to start our vacation so I didn’t ask about it. Once we got settled we closed up the villa and went to dinner. When we returned and opened the door we were hit in the face with the smell of urine coming from the bathroom. It was not just the toilet and the shower but the walls (like an animal sprayed). It was so strong it smelled the whole villa. We told the owner and he came over the next day to clean and deodorize the bathroom. He had to do this several times during our stay and it got better but still unpleasant. Apart from the smell, the doors to the villa did not lock. Overall, I would not repeat the stay.

Amazing location and sea view

We stayed for one week with my wife and 3 kids, it is ideally positioned nearby the lovely Pinel Island, and close to the great beaches: Orient Bay and Anse Marcel. Francois was very welcomed and accommodating, the view from the house is amazing, we recommend it without any doubt

Stunning view from Super Cool Villa!

We spent 3 days at the house and we didn’t want to leave! The back deck with the perfect little infinity pool makes the house amazing. You can spend hours in the pool just watxhing the boats in Pinel Bay. The inside is decorated great and the tvs and kitchen are modern and had everything we needed. What a great time we had- All of us want to go back!

Great stay!

Francois property is great, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to Pinel Island, which is definitely worth a kayak paddle over to. Would definitely recommend and stay again. -Kevin.
