Apt 3C Flamenco Beachfront Villas

Apartment 3C is on the third floor of Culebra Beach Villas, just steps from Flamenco Beach. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit features A/C throughout, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Comfortable and simple, it`s perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean with direct access and free parking.

This third-floor apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and an open living/dining area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and a bunk bed (full + twin). The unit includes A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the living room, and access to shared outdoor areas and direct beach access. Please note: access is by stairs only; there is no elevator.

Guests have full access to Apartment 3C, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, living/dining area, and Smart TV. They also have access to shared outdoor areas of Culebra Beach Villas, including pathways to the beach and parking. Luggage storage is available upon request.

We’re available throughout your stay via the Airbnb app.. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help. For urgent issues, we have local staff available. In case of serious emergencies, please call 911 immediately.

Dear guest, before booking please take note of the following:
* Please note that the property is prepared for the enjoyment of four guests only. If there are any extra guests, an additional fee will be charged for each guest and for each night.

*Please note that inflatable mattresses are not permitted, and we kindly request guests not to ask for extra sheets for additional guests beyond the specified limit per unit. Thank you for understanding and respecting these guidelines.
* We are pleased to provide complementary starter dish soap, 3 in 1 shampoo conditioner and shower gel ,paper towel, toilet paper, and trash bags. However, please note that Flamenco Beach is a public beach and does not provide lifesavers. Therefore, please swim at your own risk. Additionally, please be aware that we have a water heater only in the shower. We do not offer beach towels, insect repellent, beach umbrellas, bbq charcoal, coolers, cooking oil.
* Our natural reserve location is home to a variety of animals, including chickens, iguanas, deer, cats, bees, seagulls, frogs, turtles, coqui, ants, Asian cockroaches, mosquitoes, no-see-um, sand flies and flies. Please note that the coquí frog is a small tropical frog that is widespread throughout the island and has a very recognizable breeding call that rises in pitch and sounds like a whistled CO-KEE during the night.
* The window air conditioner decibels range from 33 dB to 67 dB, with 56.4 dB being the average and 56 dB being the most common.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute date changes once a reservation is confirmed, as bookings require advance planning, cleaning coordination, and calendar blocking.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially when traveling to an island destination like Culebra, where weather or transportation factors may affect plans.

No cash accepted. Our staff is not authorized to handle cash for any transaction.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Beach bonfires or bonfires on the property are prohibited by law.
To help conserve energy, please turn off all lights and A/C when not in the apartment.
Please keep A/C units set to 70°F to prevent condensation and excess humidity.
Please rinse off all sand before entering the villa.
Important plumbing rules (we have a septic tank):
Flush only pee and poop—no toilet paper or other products.
Only liquids may go down the kitchen drain.
Discard all oils, grease, food scraps, and coffee grounds in the trash.
BBQ Policy:
BBQ is only permitted in the designated and assigned area for your building. BBQs are not allowed in or around the apartment or any unauthorized area.
