Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Quarto muito bem arrumado, banheiro também limpo, porém o café da manhã já não é mais o mesmo. No ano passado estivemos no local e o café tinha mais variedades e conteúdo. Como o espaço é relativamente pequeno para o número de clientes, falta funcionário para tirar os pratos e talheres e liberar as mesas para os que chegam depois. Tivemos problemas também com as reservas, pois havíamos chegado quase no final da reserva do primeiro dia, e a recepção alegando que havíamos feito a reserva de apenas um dia, sendo que eram duas. Mas no final deu tudo certo. No mais, tudo ok.

Segunda vez que fico no hotel, a primeira foi experiência maravilhosa, a segunda foi terrível, o quarto era minúsculo mal dava pra andar dentro, as roupas de cama com odor parecia que não via agua a tempo, o café da cama não tive nem coragem! O que salvou foi o atendimento!

Fui atendido muito bem, mas o ar condicionado nao ligava , o interfone nao tinha linha para avisar a recepção, desci para avisar e o atendente da noite disse que iria la verificar, entao aguardei e nao apareceu. O chuveiro precisa de uma limpada o inox esta todo com zinabre e o teto do banheiro esta descascando, fora isso tudo bem.

O quarto possui cabides, cadeira, TV, várias tomadas, frigobar, cofre e uma cama bem confortável, com cobertas limpinhas. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e não ouvimos barulho de outros quartos, o que garantiu uma boa noite de sono. Pegamos o café da manhã por volta das 9h e já havia menos opções, mas o que ainda tinha estava saboroso. O estacionamento para moto custa R$15,00. No geral, uma boa hospedagem, confortável e tranquila. Equipe super gentil!

Com exceção da equipe que atende muito bem o hotel é bem ruim em vários aspectos. O colchão é ruim e os travesseiros muito baixos, barulho da rua e de outros hóspedes depois das 23 h. Elevador vagaroso, pequeno vai parando em todos os andares mesmo qdo não tem ninguem( acho que o povo cansa de tanto esperar e vai de escada- são 15 andares). Porta do box barulhenta e mesmo fechado molha o banheiro todo, e para piorar café da manhã com opções bem limitadas e o café frio. Manutenção do hotel é bem precária. Já fiquei em outro da rede ( perto desse) que era bem melhor apesar de ser mais antigo.
