I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and loved it. Only downfall is that there is no cooking facilities. This isn’t a party hostel but is definitely social (even though the pool table is terrible). Would absolutely stay here again
Nice hostel in a convient location. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The hostel is quiet at night to get a good rest. The showers are hot and great pressure (only complaint on that is that when we arrived around 11pm after a day of hiking, the showers wouldn’t work at all. We were told that the city turns off the water sometimes so if that’s the case, it wasn’t the hostels fault, but was disappointing after a long day). The breakfast is simple but definitely good! They allow storage of your bags which is great! Overall, would definitely stay again

Good value for money
The atmosphere in Intro hostel is very community friendly, since it is modeled after ancient Incan community houses where a small community shares a common space. The individual rooms are spacious and comfortable with heaters provided, it is adequate for March. However, not the same can be said about the bathrooms, it is not heated so it is quite cold for March which has average temperature of 10deg Celsius. Hot water from shower is hot enough so its good.
Loved the charger point and lights next to bunk beds. Free coca tea available and good English speaking staff. There was lots of space in the room and lots of space out of the room to sit and socialise. Great bar!!
Old style hotel but very atmospheric Very good location, close to Plaza De Armas about 3mins. Close to the most important sights, shops and local pubs Friendly service, restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We recommend a nice walk to Sacsayhuman, great views of Cusco as well as the narrow streets of Cusco.
AMAZING! It's the little things: Electronics charging lockers; beautiful public space with outlets EVERYWHERE; extremely clean; hot showers; spacious dorms & rooms; reading light & outlet at every bed; kind & competent staff. This place was such a treat--I wish other hostels could be so thoughtful!
I spent a short time at Intro and i was sad leaving! The staff is incredible they helped me plan all my trips and excursions to perfection. The hostel has such a friendly, fun and warm atmosphere. Everyone from the staff to the people staying there were great. Every night there was a fun activity going on: Wine and Table game, BBQ Night etc. The hostel also serves good food that is freshly prepared. The location is perfect
The check in time was the fastest. Very friendly & pleasing staff . Hospitality at its best. The service was SUPERB. Hands down, amazing, personal and personalized, attention to detail type of amazing. I have never felt so pampered and taken cared of in any hostel have ever stayed in.
This place seriously has an amazing atmosphere. Its location is excellent and I can't describe how happy I was because of the hot showers they had. I have been in Peru for the last 2 months and it is the second place with that good showers.

L'ambiance était agréable...le côté typique du pays aussi.
L'humidité, le froid, le manque d'eau chaude, l'odeur de la chambre et une partie du plancher qui était pourrit étaient des points négatis.
It can be quite cold in the rooms, but everything else was just fine. Good quality for the price.
