Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED. we waited in front of the hotel for 2 hours. they didn't open the doors. When I first got there I knock the door I saw people inside but they hid after seeing me lol :D I cried in front of the entrance because this was my second horrible hotel experience in Vietnam. We talked with their neighbors and they said almost 10 people every week experience the same as me. They just don't let the costumers in and keep the doors locked all the time. So don't book it
