The room was good but everything else was average. Housekeeping was average at best, they seemed to make the bed and not touch anything else, crumbs left on floors and benches, rubbish not emptied. Whilst one or two staff were friendly, most seemed bored and not interested in being there. For a resort of this standard it was disappointing and would not stay again.

Exceptional in every way – pure luxury at Sheraton Grand Danang! This hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless — staff were kind, attentive, and always made me feel special. My room was stunning with a breathtaking ocean view and every comfort imaginable. The infinity pool is spectacular, and the entire resort is immaculate and beautifully designed.
