Bring your boat or use the provided kayak and canoe to enjoy clamming, crabbing, or fishing in Indian River Bay using the boat launch at Holts Landing State Park, 3 miles from the house. Or take the 5-mile drive to Bethany Beach.
This open house concept has a comfortable living room with a 55" TV and a large kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your home cooking. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within a few miles.
Sleep comfortably in the brand new beds, which include one king, one queen and a twin trundle bed that can be combined. Enjoy the large back deck for your morning coffee or evening meal. Grill included.
Holts Landing State Park (3 miles away) is a hidden gem with a boat launch, fishing pier, playground, pavilion, fire pit, charcoal grills, picnic tables, wading, fishing, clamming, and crabbing.
Pets are welcome (up to two dogs or cats) for an additional $50. Please clean up after your dog to keep everyone healthy.
Amenities include all linens, towels, hair dryer, washer, dryer, coffee and tea maker, one kayak, one canoe, life jackets, two fishing poles (bring your tackle box), clam rakes, and crab pots.
Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything the bay and beach have to offer.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Throw all leftover food in the garbage. Place all garbage (in bags) and recycling in the proper bins on the deck.
Gather all used towels/linens and place in the laundry room. Place (2) bedroom air conditioning remotes (slide open) on nightstands. Place (2) TV Remotes at the base of the TV.
Turn bedroom air conditioners off. Set the living room air conditioner to 80. Shut ALL windows. Lock ALL doors.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was spacious enough for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We did have some trouble with our air conditioning in a bedroom and the host went out of her way (like 6 hour drive) to come and help us resolve the situation. She was very helpful, understanding and accommodating!

4th of July Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our puppy. The house was super clean and fully stocked with everything we would need and more. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and even on a holiday weekend, the beach was only a short drive away! We will definitely be back!
