Step inside the front door and into our great room! The modern features over the fireplace draw your gaze up the wall to the vaulted, wood ceilings. Cozy seating offers the perfect setting to bring your group together as you revisit the day's adventures! Use the full service bar tools to finish off your perfect cocktail crafted by the BEV Cocktail Maker!

Enjoy a morning sipping coffee or espresso from the full service coffee bar! The Apex offers a carafe or single serve Keurig, an espresso machine with an attached milk frother, a fresh coffee bean grinder, a pour over and a french press.

The luxurious master bedroom and bath allow for you to vacation in style. The crisp king bed sits against the inspiring feature wall. Make sure to put your two towels in the towel warmer before you steam in the expansive double rain shower with body sprays! Cozy up in the provided bath robes and slippers and brew a cup of coffee at the master room coffee station.

Take full advantage of the privacy and elect to stay in the full guest house just across the driveway. A queen bed lies beneath a vaulted, cedar ceiling and through the barn door is a full bathroom with shower.

The property is wooded six acres on a gravel road. You will get to enjoy all of it! This includes private use of the separated guest suite (one bed, one bath) just at the other edge of the parking area. We do not book these separately as we hope you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the Apex and retreat into nature with your group. All while being minutes from enjoying beautiful Dahlonega!

1. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 12:00 am. We ask that you be considerate of the neighbors, while they are distant, sound does travel across the property. Please keep your music volume outside at a minimum after 10:00 pm.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking"
includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles,
incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any
one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're
sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon
checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. No pets allowed.

8. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest,
you will be liable for the costs.

Came up for a a wedding. My family and my sister and her friends all stayed at the Apex. Lots of room for everyone! While my family stayed in the guest house, the main house is a showstopper!!! The master was magical. After everyone left I used the master bathroom! Heated towel warmer, lots of shower jets, and all the soap you can use! The house had so much space in the living room, kitchen and back yard. The hot tub was perfect after a long night. Wish we stayed longer but we will be back! Check in and out was a breeze! Also a cute cat was hanging around. Loved all the chicken we feed him.

The Apex is an A Plus!

The house was perfect for our girls trip! The pictures and description depict exactly what we experienced and it was a lovely house. Plenty of gathering places for our group to hang out and excellent sleeping accommodations when anyone was ready to call it a night. The house is equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! The host was quick to communicate and gave us great recommendations for dining options and things to do. 10/10 recommend The Apex!

Amazing Property with Amazing Hosts!

Our vacation at the Apex was incredible. The property is easily accessible, private, spotless and every detail for our stay was well thought out by our hosts. The home is a 3/2 with a separate mother-in-law suite and gym, an upgraded kitchen, mudroom, fireplace and large living room. Outside you have a fire pit, covered porch, 2 sitting areas and a huge hot tub. Upon arrival, the hosts left a welcome card and a sweet gift my kids really enjoyed.The kitchen has a 2 in 1 coffee maker, tea pot, espresso machine and every utensil needed to make a family meal. The master bath is beautiful with a double walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, washer and dryer and a towel warmer (which came in handy everyday). The home also has a whole home generator. What more could you ask for? The hosts were very responsive, even before we booked, with questions and answers almost immediately. It’s close enough to wineries, waterfalls and downtown that each drive takes less than 30 minutes while far enough that you can hear a pin drop at night. Look up at night and you’ll see a blanket of stars! I can’t say it enough, this was one of our favorite properties that we can’t wait to book again!

Best girls trip ever!

Every year I take an annual girls trip with my mom and sisters. This year we decided to visit Dahlonega and stay at The Apex. This is the most amazing property! A true 5-star experience. Alfred and his family made us feel right at home. From the beautiful decor and the fully stocked coffee bar, to the fire pit and workout facility, this property has something for everyone! Before we even checked out, we were already planning our next trip to The Apex
and next time our husbands might even be invited!

The Apex surpasses all

The owners have thought through every aspect of making our stay incredible. The online photos look great, and as a frequent VRBO vacationer you can expect the real thing to be a little less than. Not the case with the Apex. These owners have considered every detail and many we didn’t know we have been missing out on. From the grounds with ready made fire pits and precision leaf blowing to the amazing coffee bar that rivals the local coffee shops. From the booking experience to the day you leave you can’t help but feel appreciated for being a guest of this unique property.
