Stay in the heart of Arlington’s entertainment district. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home only a 10 minute walk to AT&T stadium, Texas Live and GlobeLife so park your car in one of two parking spots available and walk to the games. No need to pay those outrageous parking fees. Our home has all of the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the free coffee and snacks, watch one of the three smart TVs,
The space
Living room with 55" smart tv with plenty of seating. Dining room table will accommodate 4, Kitchen is fully equipped with post,pans,silverware and much more. Secondary bedroom has full size bed and smart tv. Primary bedroom has Queen bed and smart tv. There is also a twin pullout bed. Towels, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are provided for each stay. There is also a washer and dryer on site and laundry supplies are provided.
Guest access
You will have full access to one side of a 2/1 duplex. Both sides are available and listed. Ask us how you can reserve both sides.

Great location, we walked to the cowboys game and walked back quicker than the cars were moving. The property was really clean and beds were comfortable however it smelled really bad like cigarette smoke which made it hard for me to breathe and sleep.

Simply Perect!

Myself and my 17 yr old son stayed at the property for the 2024 HR Derby and All Star Game. A day before we booked with another Host, only to be cancelled the same day due to a technical "glitch" stating that pricing was incorrect. That host then relisted his property for three times the amount I paid. I was shocked and now skeptical to make another booking. However; Tony said "I got you", and he sure did. He responded quickly to my booking and check in process. The property was exactly as described and close to ATT Stadium and Globe Life Field. He even left a ALL STAR GAME BOOK for my son. He made a dream come true for myself and my son with his flawless property and fantastic communication. If you are traveling to Arlington, it is a must stay. We will return.

Weekend Stay for Gymnastics Regionals

Check in was smooth and the property was as pictured and clean. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient, busy traffic area due to the ball game but not an issue for us. There was another occupant in the rental attached to ours but we could not hear any outside noise which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall I would stay here again if in the area!
