This expansive home offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and multiple entertainment areas – perfect for families and groups sleeping up to 20 guests.

Gathering & Dining

A house that sleeps twenty needs somewhere for twenty to eat, and this one has it — a dining room that takes a full-size table, with a kitchen sized to match. Pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes and place settings for a full house are all provided, and there is enough counter space for several people to cook at the same time without getting in each other's way.



When dinner is over the group spreads out: movie room upstairs, sports court and fire pit outside.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours, including the pool, the hot tub, the sports court, the covered patio and the fire pit area, plus driveway parking.



Check-in is keyless and on your own schedule. The day before you arrive you will get a message with the code and everything you need.



Getting Around:

DeSoto sits in the southwest corner of Dallas County, about fifteen miles from downtown Dallas. A car is the easiest way to get around.

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY:

House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Please register your pets in the reservation in section where guests are also registered.



- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS:

We want you to enjoy the home but only registered guests are allowed during your stay. If you have a large group, please let us know so we can see if this home is a good fit.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS:

The base nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night before fees and taxes.



- ENTERTAINMENT:

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, let us know and we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING:

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.



- POOL AND HOT TUB:

Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



THE POOL IS NOT HEATED



- LANDSCAPING:

The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS:

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS:

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL:

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
