Key pickup is required prior to accessing the unit. Please note there is a DART electric train that runs directly across the street from the unit from early morning till 2AM. There is no emergency lockout service provided at this unit. If the key is lost, you must check into a nearby hotel, at your own expense, until we can pick up a new key the next business day by noon.
This property is about a 3 minute drive to the Irving Convention Center and Toyota Music Factory and approximately a 20 minute walk.
Only one key will be provided. This key must be shared among all occupants and can be placed in the lock on the outside of the door to facilitate sharing.
Gym and pool access are not included with this listing.
There is no after hours lockout service. If you lose the apartment key, you will need to find alternate accommodations until we can pick up the key by evening the next business day.
Lost key fee is $250. This covers the remake and delivery fee.
Lost RFID parking pass is $250. This covers the remake and delivery fee.
Unscheduled late checkout fee is $50 for a noon checkout and an additional $80 an hour thereafter.
Vehicle registration is required prior to parking. You must register your vehicle then take a screenshot of the confirmation page AND take a picture of your vehicle where you parked. We cannot reimburse for any towing fees without proof of both.
Complementary supplies are provided on arrival. We cannot refill them after checkin.
This community values security and requires us to register all guests and inform the leasing office of their travel dates prior to your arrival. You will be required to fill out a registration form upon booking and must complete it in 3 days or prior to your arrival, whichever is sooner, or risk cancellation.
Key pickup required. You must walk up to the unit to grab the key before you park.
Long-term guests (30 days+) will be required to sign a lease
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation without refund
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (including the private balcony). If smoking is detected during your stay, it will result in a cancellation without refund plus smoking cleaning fee charge of $495.
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Item return fee is $50 + cost of shipping.
