When they say breakfast is until 9:30 am you better make sure you are there by 9am. They start putting things away 15 minutes early and they are not good at keeping things stocked. I had to ask for a yogurt and she only brought 1 out for me. Halfway through our stay the elevator broke. There was no communication or help when this occured. Our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and I was clearly having difficulty walking with a brace on my leg. There was no appology, no offer for a 1st floor room change and no information as to when it may be fixed. At the end or our stay it still was not fixed! We had to lug everything down four flights of steps. The railings in the stairwell had multiple spots where they were not attached to the wall and even though it was clearly stated that the facility was a non smoking facility, it stunk of smoke and there was a pack of cigarettes in the stairwell. There is not a smart TV so if you want to stream anything (such as a football game), you will not be able to. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly including housekeeping when we were leaving a few minutes after the actual checkout time. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be fairly new but there was tile around the bottom of the bathroom that was coming off. Bathroom needs a little attention on ceiling and bathroom fan didn’t work so wasn’t sure if it was mold on ceiling of bathroom. Other than that everything was good. I loved how spacious the room was being it was my mom, my sister, & myself visiting my aunt for Thanksgiving. I would stay again
