Place needs a MAJOR renovation from the rooms to the bathrooms and even amenities such as the pools and gym area, rooms were not cleaned, i asked to be moved to another room they didnt want to accommodate my request. customer service is poor. both guys at the front desk lack customer service and was rude upon arrival. besides all that, the only good thing was the everyday breakfast.

Poor customer service

The man at the front desk was very rude. There was also a woman who answered the phone who was rude. Overall the customer service was terrible. Next time I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. They offer a shuttle service but it’s shared with another hotel. If you’re flying out of Terminal A, be prepared for a 45 minute trip before getting to the terminal.

don’t stay here

they had no cribs, no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch bed. Very dirty and wouldn’t stay here again.

A good place to rest your head.

The rooms were pretty dated, our shower had black stains on the wall, not like mold, more like shower paint that stained. The breakfast was good. It was a pretty good place to lay our head while preparing for our flight. I would consider staying again.
