Nice location. Clean room. Good location. Five night stay and 3 days we had to go down to Lobby to get our room key activated. 1 day had to get the shower drain cleared out so water would drain and the next day for the counter sink to be cleared. Albeit they came quickly, it was an inconvenience. Web site didn’t inform us there was a $15 daily parking charge or the free option was across the street in a parking garage. Breakfast was $15 or no food for you. With all the hotels in the area? I’ll likely choose one of them next time.

The staff was amazing! I can’t remember everyone’s name at the front desk but Hannah was great. She was warm, friendly, and answered all of my concerns. My wife is pregnant and we are set to deliver in a few weeks. It was her birthday so we did a staycation. It was an amazing experience! Please make sure to speak with Hannah when you arrive.

Great

Excellent hotel but the living area in the suite had a slight stench. Also the pillows were too soft. Lastly, the hotel was extremely accommodating in getting us paid parking as well as an ADA suite for me and my disabled wife

The property was very centralized for everything i had going on. It was very convenient. I had a couple minor issues with the room. The iron broke and decided to dump all the water out of it onto my shirt. The cleaners never cleaned my room after the first night. I had to ask them to clean it the second night when i caught them in the hallway. The second day, during the middle of the day, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for quite a while so i could purchase some items from their vending area, but ultimately gave up on that. The attatched restaurant had a very good breakfast though, and the staff there was very nice and attentive. Ultimately, it was a descent stay with just a few annoying setbacks.
