The fire detector was hanging by a wire from the ceiling. The sink only had hot water and the shower barely had hot water. The A/C was broken in our room. Both ice machine were out of order. And 1 of the 2 elevators were out of order.

As we walked in service was automatically great. The room & hotel in general was gorgeous & comfy. This is probably the best hotel we've stayed in. Will stay here again in the future.

Ok stay

Hotel was okay, they did not have a cart to load my luggage in to take up to the room so we had to carry it all upstairs. Just made it a little more difficult to carry and then when leaving. Overall was a safe place to stay in a good area. Did not get chance to use the restaurant. Water from shower had a smell to it.

Dated hotel and no room service

Hotel is quite dated but ok. Room was a good size with a sofa. I stayed for a work trip for 6 nights. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day and it was never serviced. I contacted reception twice in the mornings and was told it would be taken care of and was never cleaned nor my trash taken away. I complained again and got given some points. I could smell weed in the corridors most days. It was convenient for my location, but there are plenty of other hotels near it, so would use those in future. Not recommended.
