Calling this place “luxury” is honestly a joke. The light fixture above the shower consistently leaked water—on multiple occasions—which is a massive safety issue that was never resolved despite multiple attempts. The bed frame broke during the stay, there’s still a noticeable cigarette smell, and the smoke alarms weren’t even installed (they were removed from the ceiling mounts).The place is generally worn down—couch is falling apart with tearing seams, furniture is stained, dishwasher rack is broken, microwave and oven lights don’t work, garbage disposal rattles, and the front door deadbolt doesn’t lock. The curtains aren’t blackout either, so light from the parking lot and passing cars comes straight in.Outside isn’t much better—trash bins overflow frequently and garbage ends up all over the parking lot.To be fair, the lessor did address some of the bigger issues, but there’s still a lot wrong here. Overall, not worth the hassle or the price.

Let’s get into it. Host: very nice, very attentive and prompt responseEasy access to apt.Apt: very clean, looks like the pictures , couch fixed, shower is amazing It’s got 4 settings hot water last for days. A/C is perfect.Cons: no washcloths, sink in kitchen very low water pressure, you can hear your neighbors walls are paper, thin. ( I was down stairs) it was quite at night after 11pm. Does not come with laundry detergent or laundry sheets.Neighborhood: this neighborhood is rough You should be aware at all times. I will say at Aldi and Kroger they have a police officer at night if you choose to go shopping. Pros: it is close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Overall I had a really great stay!!

The place wasn’t the cleanest, couch broken, found a piece of popcorn on the couch, 1 singular clean towel the rest were in a mop bucket, fridge was dirty, bed sheets were stained, 1/2 a roll of toliet paper, and what looked like a personal water bottle at the top of the closet. Only stayed a few days and we were more out and about that in the place otherwise probably would’ve took the lose and paid for a hotel. Also this really doesn’t have anything to do with the host or the place, but 40 minutes before check out the cleaning lady was trying to get in the place while we were there.

The communication between the host and I was fantastic. She was quick to respond to any comments, questions, and other messages. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, towel, towels, dishes, and all kitchen utensils. That part was fantastic. Some of the furniture was broken, maybe from the guest before us and they just haven’t had time to fix it yet, but hopefully before your stay, that part will be fixed.

Couch back was broken; only one person could sit down at one time. There was no blanket that fit the bed and the duvet was extremely heavy. The bed was not made when we got there and there was a bag of trash in the bathroom. There was no icemaker as stated in the listing. Bedroom window lets in all the light from the parking lot. Neighborhood a bit sketchy. We left and went to a comfortable place; host declined to refund any but a small amount of money although to be fair she responded to messages politely. We don’t recommend this property.

Location Location Location

Location to my venue was top tier. Centrally located to every thing that we needed. The Host (Amuna) was super. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars due to the ease of hearing the neighbors and children in the other apartment which is not a reflection on the Host.
