Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry during check-in as per the Building Parking Policy.



The following types of vehicles will be turned away at check-in:



1. Cars with breathalyzers, makeshift or unstable controls, or defective brakes.

2. Large vehicles – including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the height limit of 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service trucks – vehicles with excessively wide wheels, lockers, or containers (too difficult and unsafe to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-type controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellation. Additional cleaning fees apply per pet as follows:



- 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night per pet

- 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet

- 30 nights or more: $300 per pet



Please note, the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



Guest verification is required before check-in.



In accordance with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is collected solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reasons.



All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:



- Abide by our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Complete a background check if required by the property manager or owner, as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms.

- Complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification requirements.



Note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
