• Pets are welcome based on size (please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation)

• Pet cleaning fee applies:

• 1–4 nights: $25 per night

• 5–29 nights: $200 total

• 30+ nights: $300 total

• Verification is required before check-in

• Guests may be asked to provide:

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Confirmation of contact details

• Secure portal verification

• In some cases, a background check

• Note: Information is used only for screening and never stored beyond verification



📝 Rental Agreement

• Guests must sign a rental agreement upon reservation approval

• Requirements include:

• Agreement to rental terms and conditions

• Submission of valid ID before check-in

• Background check if requested by the host or property manager

• Completion of verification process to receive check-in details

• ⏰ Timeline: Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Failure to complete may result in cancellation

Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



Each booking includes a $35 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
