To begin, The front desk staff member was unfriendly. She did not smile or greet me and my family in any way. This set the tone for the stay. The daily reception only had one person making drinks for the entire hotel and so you stood in line so long you wasn't able to get more than one if you wanted to because you'd be waiting for for over 30 minutes. This was disappointing. Breakfast was nice, however if you wanted bacon it was rationed out to you, which was confusing seeing as though the sausage was readily available. I just feel like as though this is unnecessary, as it is supposed to be "complementary" and it creates a inconvenience if you have more than one in your party. Lastly, as much as I wanted to enjoy the pool I couldn't. The water appeared to be very cloudy. Which didn't look very inviting. My overall experience wasn't as good as I had hoped, considering I love the embassy suites. This one however lacked in customer service in a big way.

Very clean room and very nice.staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was great and made to order that comes with the room unfortunately they ran out of syrup for the pancakes.
