Staff were amazing. Even the breakfast squad catered to us after breakfast hours. The staff did us right. My issue was that I rented a suite (#926) for NYE and the suite was falling apart. 1. The door would never shut, the only way it would close in a secured manner was that you had to slam it close. 2. The mini fridge didn't work. Bought a lot of milk and yogurt just to watch it go to waste. 3. The phones to call room service are falling apart and literally don't work. 4. The bedsheets had an odor. Seemed as of they were never washed nor changed. 5. The trash can in the wet bar smelt like rotten flesh. 6. The enamel coating in the bathtub is peeling. 7. The sink faucet in the bathroom struggles to turn off, always dripping water. 8. Around the corner, the ice machine was there but upon entering you can smell mold and mildew heavily. 9. Half of the elevators didn't work, which was a tedious hassle and struggle to get to the 9th floor. 10. If you like to smoke indoors, this is your place. The whole indoors smelled like a dispensary. They let people smoke cannabis indoors. Spoke to the maids to complain, they speak Spanish just like me. When I brought these issues to their attention, they told me that these issues have been going on forever since they can remember but management doesn't do anything about it. Again, to reiterate, the staff seemed legit, but to charge exorbitant prices especially for trash on NYE is diabolical. Proceed with caution. You have been warned.

I had reserved two rooms. Room 508, we found pepperoni pizza and items on the ground of the living area. The bathroom floor was sticky. Room 708, the bathtub - the valve was loose and coming out a little out of the wall. After seeing this, I felt the rooms were all dirty and not cleaned properly. The reason I came to Embassy Suites was to treat my younger two nephews and niece to the indoor pool and it was dirty. The maintenance man came in and threw some stuff in there and left with no signage on the doors. The pool area was dirty. I reported this to the front desk and they shrugged me off and said the pool was clean. UNACCEPTABLE Service!! You need some upgrades too!!

Our stay overall was good but the rooms were a lil outdated and the housekeeping was less than disirable. The couch had some kind of milk stain, the furniture needed a good dusting and if i had a vaccumn I would have done that floor myself. The air return vent was loud and sounded like a truck idling. The price for the rooms, the pool and breakfest were very nice.

Room was clean but carpet, couch and chair were outdated. Carpet was worn. Wood furniture in good condition. Bed was not too hard. Two vanities in the room was nice. Our room was on second floor above pool so we could hear the kids screaming until 11pm. Outstanding breakfast but long line for omelette.
