The open and spacious living room features a bold in scale modular sectional that is wonderfully luxurious with extra-deep seating, abundant pillows in bright navy and orange, and sink-in-soft cushions. The sectional’s ottoman can be used to expand the sitting area so everyone can lounge together or separately for additional seating. Cozy up to watch TV, read or simply relax. Looking for more activity? The living area also includes a Saarinen-style high-top game table with four orange stools and a backgammon board ready for play.



You won’t go hungry during your stay! The fully equipped, roomy dream kitchen with up-to-date stainless-steel appliances is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The clean and stylish granite counters make meal prep and cleanup easy. The large refrigerator-freezer and tons of cabinets provide plenty of storage space. Coffee lovers will love the coffee bar Aya has thoughtfully setup.

When you’re ready to curl up for a restful night’s sleep, you’ll find 5 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep a large group. The rooms are designed with colors and textures to create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, so you can easily pile on the warm and fuzzies and sink into sleep. Aya has introduced color into all the bedroom designs through vibrant art, rich accessories, and accent chairs because color makes us just as happy as a good night’s sleep! A bedroom off the entry sleeps 5 guests with two cozy queen beds and a sleeper. Walk down the “sleep corridor” to the right of the entry to access the remaining bedrooms and full baths. The large, master bedroom suite features a king bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people and will make you want to cuddle under the luxurious sheets. There is a queen bedroom with sleeper for 3 guests with pictures that will invoke California dreams. A tasteful bedroom with a queen bed and soft pink pullout futon will sooth 3 guests to sleep. Groups with young kids or those young at heart will love the slumber party-ready queen bedroom with bunk that sleeps 4. The peaceful bedroom with one queen bed will help 2 guests drift into a deep sleep.



The home features 2 and a-half amazing sparkling clean, modern baths. The private luxurious master bath off the master bedroom has a single vanity, granite counter, and shower with tub ideal for soaking in bubbles at the end of a long day. The second full bathroom features a double vanity and gorgeous tile shower with tub.



The fantastic fenced in backyard gives you total privacy and provides a safe and fun play space for kids including a large lawn for playing catch or kicking a ball. The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Dallas, Texas, or Big D as it’s sometimes called since everything is bigger in Dallas! Chapel Downs is a sought-after, centrally located neighborhood that offers a dense suburban feel, easy access to many bars, restaurants, parks, museums, and schools, while being very close to downtown. It is near some of our favorite places in Dallas!



Flying into Dallas? You’re 12 minutes from Dallas Love Field and 20 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth Airports. You’ll reach your home-away-from-home quickly! When you arrive, you’ll find your vacation or extended stay home is in a mature, tree-lined neighborhood just a few blocks south of the Northaven Trail. The 7.8-mile trail is a biker-runner-walker’s dream, and its expansion connects it to the city’s White Rock Trail to the east and Irving’s Campion Trail to the west giving you plenty of path to travel. Royal Park is accessible via the trail and features fields, a playground and tennis courts.



The nearby Midway Hollow neighborhood (3 miles away) is where you’ll go to stock up on groceries at Central Market, a food and wine lover’s paradise. While you’re there grab some of the best Tex-Mex and margaritas in the city at Fernando’s or opt for dinner and drinks at Suze. South of Midway Hollow and just 4.5 miles from the house is West Lovers Lane and Inwood Village. Take in a movie at the Inwood Theatre. Pick up some Two Buck Chuck wine at Trader Joe’s. Shop for hip fashion at Rich Hippie, Elements and St. Bernard Sports. Stop by Empire Bakery for a loaf of delicious challah bread, cookies, and sandwiches. Dine on Tex-Mex and American favorites at Mesero, dig into steak at Dunston’s an old Dallas standard, get a diner breakfast served all day at Angela’s Café, or enjoy the freshest fish and seafood at Lover’s Seafood and Market where you might just spot Shark Tank star and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. There are so many more great restaurants along Lovers Lane you might not need to go anywhere else!



If premier luxury shopping and lifestyle experiences are your jam head to Highland Park Village. A 10-to-15-minute drive (depending on the route) through some of the richest zip codes in the U.S. and you’ll arrive at this historic open-air village that is home to some of the most revered fashion and lifestyle boutiques (Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Harry Winston, Carolina Herrera to name a few) and exquisite dining. Dine with old money Dallas socialites at Café Pacific. Join the fashionable beautiful people for a drink at The Honor Bar or Bistro 31/Lounge 31. Go to shop, dine or just people watch!



If you enjoy presidential history, Dallas has much to offer. The George W. Bush Presidential Center which includes his library and museum is located on the campus of Southern Methodist University (SMU) which is 7 miles away. Visit during college basketball season and get tickets to watch the SMU Mustangs on the hardwood and you might see the former President and First Lady, they are regulars at home games! Head downtown to The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (9 miles) for more presidential history. The museum, located within the former Texas School Book Depository building, chronicles the life, assassination, and legacy of President John F. Kennedy.



Other things to do downtown include the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas World Aquarium and Klyde Warren Park. The park hosts live music performances in the summer and food trucks year-round. Also consider exploring the Trinity Groves, Knox Henderson, Deep Elum and Bishop Arts neighborhoods for food, art, music, and nightlife.
