The gym and spa areas were nice.
The breakfast looked good but failed to provide a Kosher/Halal protein option for my religion, but there were still fruits, bagels and yogurt so I didn’t go completely without.
The rooms were on the small side, but were aesthetically pleasing and provided luxurious TVs and a wonderful shower, however the fridge was very small and not cold at all. If I stayed longer than a night, any food stored would’ve likely spoiled.
Most unfortunately I was double charged for my room, which took several days for the charge to come off. I fear had I not noticed it and brought it to the front desk that I wouldn’t have received my money back.
Speaking of the front desk, the worker was amazing! Her name was Gloria, and she was absolutely a delight!
I had trouble sleeping, so I sat and talked with her for a while, which she had told me prior to come and do if I wanted. She was friendly, funny, and helpful. She deserves a raise. She was probably one of the most memorable parts of my stay, when it comes to the pros.
