Good stay. The room had a few issues though. Phone was disconnected and the main LED strip light didn't have a switch to turn it off, so the room swas lit all night.
This is the light that was on all night. Since the phone didn't work, couldn't call the front desk.

Pricey and hot.

Room would not cool below 73 degrees. Issue could not be solved by maintenance. Totally unacceptable that the room couldn't get any cooler than that. The common areas of the hotel were much more comfortable.

Pretty good.

The hotel was very nice. The issue we had, and as maintenance told us, it’s a problem with the entire hotel, was the air conditioning. The design is poor. The vent is in the far corner by the window and is aimed at the opposite wall, not into the room. The air conditioning does not work well at all! The staff was helpful and brought us a fan to blow the cool air into the room, and the maintenance guy set the AC in VIP mode to 62. This did eventually cool the room down. Other than that, the facility was pretty impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was a great experience to stay at this hotel. Always a great time. Be careful when checking out. There was a movie charge that I caught and also remember that you have to pay for parking daily, which is a shame cause it seems like there’s a lot of parking. I don’t think the hotel needs that revenue source but I guess it is what it is. Clean room, amazing staff and a great waterpark.

The hotel is fine but overpriced. The main attraction is the lazy river but you need to go very deep in the hotel website to check that this is open only on weekends. We booked the hotel just for the lazy river but we didn’t read the fine print. So no lazy river and without that the RESORT is not the worth of $$$
