Hotel was good other than check in. Was not only me, there were several families waiting. We checked in at exactly 4 pm and did not get in till 4:30. This may not be a big deal but when on vacation and having spent a lot of money for this hotel, you would expect them to be squared away. When we did check in, I received a text message asking how things were going from the hotel. I told them about check in and they reminded me check in was at 4. I told them yes not 430. Other than that it was good. Time is precious and expensive when on vacation. It’s surprising how less a expensive hotel did better than this one.

They double charge me. Be careful make sure you look at your credit card charges. I called ahead of time to ask for a roll ever bed when I got there they said not available for my room. The water park is very small, if you loos you rist band there is a $60 fee. In my opinion the Hotel is overpriced. You can find something better with a better price in Dallas. I would not stay here again.

Lazy River and pools were great. Drinks were overpriced at $20. Bathroom sinks were clogged and maintenance was not able to help and this was almost midnight so needless to say we didn't get a good night's sleep at this property.

The stay was okay. I didn't get a room at Tower and I thought it was pricy to py that much money for staying at the old room. What I didn't like so much about was that I got five reminders the next day morning that I need to check out from 8:30am in the morning. I am not sure if I want to visit and experience that again.

We had issues with the safe in our room. The shower took for ever to get hot, on the 19th floor. The food items at the pool were stupid expensive and not good. Parking is not covered out in the weather. With too many large long pickup trucks that make the lane passage very hard to navigate.

The AC in our room did not work at all well. They said they could upgrade us for an additional fee so we declined. The refrigerator did not work well and did not keep anything very cold. It was almost room temp until the day we were leaving it started cooling better. The food we were charged for at the pool was well more expensive than what we ordered. Our tab at the swim up bar was overcharged. There is no way that what we ordered was everything that was on our tab. It is ridicoulsly priced and things being added.
