The room has a terrible smell. Had to go to the desk so they can turn on the heat. Bathroom was very outdated carpet dirty. One thing that was nice was the lounge and the bartender and manager were really nice and waited on us when we needed a drink

The entire property feels neglected. The lobby always cold. the doors left open and wind blowing in. The dining room was cold both temperature and service. This was a disappointing stay for a Hilton.

Room was freezing and heater wouldn’t turn on. It was cold outside and unfortunate we couldn’t get comfortable and warm up in our room. We called multiple times to get it fixed and kept getting the run around.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it’s always an easy check in/out process. Rooms are clean and hallways are quiet. And they always have coffee in the lobby which is nice in chilly weather.
