I purposely got this hotel as it was a good distance from the concert venue. What i didn't like is that we didn't have enough time to get ready for the concert. We Checked in at 4:45 pm.. we didn't get into our hotel room til 6:15 pm. That didn't sit well with me. We didn't have time to glam up, bond or test before the concert. I was tired from all the running around i had to do before the show, and i was hoping to rest. This didn't Happen at all.

This is the second time that we have stayed there and both times were excellent wonderful and very comfortable. It was easy to check in. They were very friendly and very obliging. Staff is very helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was as expected and clean, but I was charged twice for our stay. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel itself. I was refunded but not until the following week. As for the location, my truck was missing the driver side door handle the next morning. Guess I should be thankful I still have a truck.

Great Stay

I was in town for four days for work. The room was huge, the gym was great, and the staff was great. The only negative was the breakfast. It was bad, but luckily, there were plenty of options around the property.

The hotel that was booked through the site was still under construction and received no help in securing other lodging. The agent hung up on me and acted as if it was my problem and he offered little to no help resolving the issue.
