Everything was fine except for the guy who greeted us yesterday between 6 and 6:30 in the evening. I couldn't find his name, but you should know who was on that shift. His service was the worst... A hostile and rude attitude.... Otherwise, everything was fine, clean areas, everything in the room was clean, the hotel smells good, and the breakfast was okay.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I stayed here for a 3-day business trip and it was disappointing from the start. The late check-in was handled poorly — the staff appeared half-asleep, unfriendly, and unprofessional, with some even watching videos on their phones. My room had no hair dryer, and when I asked for one, I was told they couldn't help — I had to go out and buy my own. The room itself was in poor condition: a broken chair, a malfunctioning AC, and extremely low water pressure in the shower. One evening, my room key stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. When I went to the front desk, the staff member seemed visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and made it clear she didn’t want to assist. Overall, the service was pathetic and completely unacceptable — especially for a business traveler.
