We stayed for our 20 year anniversary

The house was huge, and located close to Rowlette and Rockwall. Grocery store a mile away incase you forgot anything. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for. I really wanted to fish and use the kayaks, however the property didnt have a good area to do that, you had to go down the block which was at the end of the road( about 4 houses). Huge yard for kids to play, and for the furbabies. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sun set.

Relaxing waterfront getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakefront Luxe for our Valentine's getaway. We had a little trouble getting into the property but management answered quickly and reset the code. The location was wonderful with a great view of the water, and in close proximity to both Rockwall and Rowlett. Property was very spacious and the decor was very nice. However, the property was an older home that had been updated but needed a little more attention to detail. It was great for us and we would definitely recommend to others.

Disappointment

A portion of our group had to check in a night early to avoid weather conditions. Upon arriving at the property, they did not want to stay because the property had not been properly cleaned. However- upon contacting the host- a cleaning crew was sent immediately.

Was not as advertised

We checked in on a Friday and everything seemed nice, then we noticed multiple rooms on the listing were not accessible or missing. Upon further inspection of the house we realized multiple doors upstairs and downstairs on a correlating side of the house were locked off. Given the aerial photos on the listing there was a whole section of the advertised property that we later realized had someone else staying in. We were not informed. The following morning (Saturday) we heard people in the house. Which again, we were not informed of sharing, nor not having all of the advertised listing. We were also told we couldn’t use all of the parking and that it was shared with a “neighbor”. So again, further verification someone was there with us but not disclosed to us. They had their cars parked on one side of the large driveway. If we were informed and a different price was established given the fact we did not get what we paid for I would have been reasonable, but I feel like we were scammed. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or book again.

Beautiful property

Gorgeous spacious home, we greatly appreciated our stay there. It turned out to be quite a ways from surrounding towns which I hadnt accounted for but didnt mind in the end. We had come for the nascar race and it was a ways feom the track but far from the hustle and bustle. The host was very considerate and welcoming, and was welcoming to any adjustments requested.

Perfect Stay

This was the absolute perfect place for me! The house was exactly as pictured
 Actually even better in person. i contacted the host at 4am and he communicated with me so well he was definitely available 24/7. Nice sizes 2 car garage & plenty driveway space BUT If having day visitors i recommend having them park by the lake (2 minute walk) Thank you i can’t wait to book again

Amazing getaway!

This house is stunning! Every room is beautiful and the views from the windows and balconies are amazing! We had so much fun relaxing by the pool and kayaking in the lake with the provided kayaks! The game room with the ping pong table and pool table was a blast! The beds are super comfortable and the house is close to lots of nice restaurants. Host was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Will definitely return!
