Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Per the Building Parking Policy, large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.



**The following vehicle types are not allowed:**



1. Vehicles equipped with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or malfunctioning controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or any vehicle taller than 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, external lockers, or mounted containers that are difficult to maneuver in the garage.

4. Aftermarket-lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-style driving controls.



**Pet Policy:**

Pets are welcome depending on size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies per pet:



* **1 to 4 nights:** \$25 per night

* **5 to 29 nights:** \$200 total

* **30+ nights:** \$300 total



**Additional Information:**

The company is not responsible for maintenance or repairs within the building.



**Guest Verification:**

All guests must complete a verification process before check-in, which may include:



* Submitting a government-issued photo ID

* Confirming contact details

* Completing a secure online verification portal

* Undergoing a background check (if requested by the property owner or management)

**Rental Agreement:**

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of the stay. By booking, you agree to:



* Comply with all terms and conditions

* Submit valid ID prior to check-in

* Complete a background check if requested

* Finalize the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Required documentation must be submitted within **24 hours of booking** (or within **1 hour for same-day reservations**). Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation.

Please be aware that security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is used inside the unit to monitor noise levels for your safety and the comfort of all guests.



Each stay includes a $35 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
