Welcome to this gorgeous farmhouse in McKinney. Aeroplane Manor @ Tango 31 is a modern farmhouse located on 1 acre of land within a small, private airport. Quiet country setting in the middle of the city. Fly in or drive in, you will enjoy your stay. With three spacious bedrooms featuring two king beds and two queen beds, guests enjoy plenty of room to relax. The full bathrooms include refreshing showers and convenient hair dryers. The carport provides covered parking for your stay. You cannot park on the street as it is actually an active taxi way (not a street) and the aircraft cannot pass between the hangars, homes, and your car if parked on the street. Please do not block the hangar door as there are active aircraft in the hangar that will come and go.

***It is important to note, the aircraft always have the right of way. If you drive in and there are active aircraft, do whatever you need to do to get out of their way. They cannot backup or move to the side to make room for you***

Airport Runway: IT IS PROHIBITED TO WALK OR DRIVE ONTO THE RUNWAY. DO NOT CROSS THE RUNWAY TO GET TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE. THE AIRPORT MANAGER WILL HAVE YOU REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY IF THIS OCCURS.

Conveniently located near DNT, Highway 121, and I75. Close to PGA, Downtown Frisco, & Downtown McKinney. The modern kitchen has a large island and tons of cabinet space. The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. It includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, crock pot, and blender. There is seating for 4 at the island and 6 at the dinning table. The living room is cozy with a leather sofa, comfortable side chairs, and a smart television. The bedrooms features either a king bed or queen sized beds and smart televisions. Modern bathroom in the master features a glass shower with rain head and wall sprayer. Aeroplane Manor has its own washer and dryer. We do our best to make our guests feel at home. We provide every guest with fresh clean linens, towels, complimentary starter coffee and water. Wi-Fi. Bedrooms are separated from living space for privacy. Great outdoor space with grill and fire pit to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
