As soon as I arrived, it took 15 mins to check in because no one was at the counter. When I got to the room I should have known this was going to be a bad experience, the door had a piece of wood on the door frame??I was so tired , I just ignored it and went in. I tossed my luggage on the bed and jumped in the shower. When I exited the shower I was surpised by a Roach crawling on the toilet and another on the wall. I then went to brush my teeth and see debris in the sink, so I skipped brushing and I hurried out of the bathroom to the bed and then realized They gave me the wrong room. I booked a King Bed room and they put me in a Two Queen bed room. I started to notice the room was uncleaned. The bathroom sink had debris in it. The bedsheets were dirty and had SEMEN STAINS on BOTH beds. There were ROACHES on the walls and toilet. I bro

Yes, this is the dirtiest motel ever, dirty, nicotine smell everywhere, infested of roaches. Noises, trash everywhere. It’s nasty!!! We switched rooms 3 times and every time got worse.

Yes very lacking, the rooms very dirty and disgusting, black mold around the air conditioning unit. The shower towels were disgusting, there were objects in the toilet when we first arrived, there was roaches crawling around, the front desk staff were clueless, i requested to get a different room and they ignored my request. Thee most horrible experience ive ever had in a hotel room.

As soon as you walk into the office, a wall of cigarette smoke greets you. The elevator had scotch tape over one of the buttons. The walls are worn and soiled. The rooms are completely bare No blankets, only sheets. No bed frames. This is more for transient stays, if I'm being honest.

The nonsmoking room I booked reeked of cigarette smoke, the TV did not work and was being held together by tape, there were numerous hairs on the bedsheets and towels, and the refrigerator smelled of a dead animal. Worst of all they were renovating the rooms adjacent to mine during the middle of the night (12-4am) and it was impossible to get any sleep. Worst room condition and worst stay I’ve had in my entire life (and I mostly stay at budget hotels).

Rooms are scary, horrible with stains and dirty everywhere, our first room when I opened the fridge it was full of roaches, I requested to be changed and the did, but this rooms need to be updated, but I guess that what you get for the price, it was just for sleeping so I guess you deal with it, but I would never recommend this place for a family with kids, and also the place looks almost like a cheap apartment complex. Trash everywhere, people smoking from their windows and doing mechanic on their cars.

Staff was fine, i waited 20 minutes before someone came from upstairs to check me in. The outside door is broke so you have to come inside to get to your room and the plug-in are not scure to the wall. Only reason i stayed was it had a bed, hot water, ac and close to the apartment i was moving into.

No one answered the phone, it seemed like there was no staff other than to collect money. It smelt terrible. I had to demand to get clean sheet put on my bed so I could sleep when my plane came in late. Should have to worry about that at 11pm. Very disappointed in Motel 6. I didn’t have a choice as no one answered, not even motel 6 could contact their own franchise

They Called me to confirm my booking in about 5minute they hang up the phone they placed the charged on my credit card but got declined when I finally arrived the checked in was smooth but the room the air conditioner was dirty and broken, no Trash bags or trash can, only left 3 towels microwave was nasty refrigerator was dirty the floor was soaking wet bed sheets got hairs on it and spots here and there I have to go downstairs asked for cleaning supplies the room wasn't ready when I arrived checked in time was at 3 and I got there at 3 so what he was saying doesn't add up anyway he refuse to change the room but he did said he can send someone to only clean the microwave so I said no because I already had my stuff upstairs I was tired and have my kids so we stayed but never again the overall room was nasty. Location is good they didn't have no pool so boooo

Motel 6 is Bedford, the room stank of cigarettes like someone had smoked there for a long time and it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. The hallways also drenched of smoking smell. The room's water sprinklers were filled with dust and webs and the smoke detector had been removed. The walls were dirty and there were a couple of roaches roaming in the restroom. The bed was overall clean but smelled like dirt/dust. The room were also provided with microwave and mini fridge, with a small side table and chairs to seat down to eat.

Stayed here awhile back ago had roaches and front desk is hardly at front desk gotta sit there anywhere from 5-20 mins. This stay made my mind up that I'll never stay here again the roaches were way worse than before vending machines over priced had to have my room key re coded everyday I was there as would leave for work come back and keycord wouldn't work no cable they have Roku TV but you gotta have your own streaming service in order to watch anything and Internet is not great due to having everyone having to stream shows off the WiFi

The room was in terrible condition. Spider webs, dirty walls, a piece of used bandaid stuck to the chair, and the mattress was disgusting while not even having the mattress covered properly. I left shortly after checking in and demanded a refund.

The hotel staff were decent. The propery was filthy. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The dust was so thick on the bedside table (if you can call it that) that you could play tic-tac-toe. The pillows wefe dirty, heck everything was dirty and moldy.
