First, I want you to know that the staff is awesome, but need a little extra training. That said, I had two pillows and several towels that had cat pee on them. Enough to be physically seen. The bathtub had mold, the floors had not been mopped and were filthy. I spilled water and when I mopped it up with my paper towels they were just black! The refrigerator ran hot and I had to turn it off. The staff was quick to respond on the pillows and towels - they seemed unaware of the feral cat issues.
