Within minutes, you can explore the bars and restaurants of Lower Greenville, catch live music in Deep Ellum, or take a peaceful stroll around White Rock Lake. Uptown and Downtown are also a short drive away, offering even more dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.
Free street parking is usually easy to find, and youâre just a short Uber or Lyft ride from most major Dallas hotspots. Whether youâre here for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this location offers the perfect mix of convenience and local charm.

Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.
Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $35 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $250 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $400 per pet.

Guests must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
A $69 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.

I stayed at this property for a month. Security is probably my biggest thing when it comes to staying at a place, and they definitely drop the ball here. You have to park in a garage but thereâs no garage door clicker provided. So rain sleet snow heat whatever you have to park your car and then walk inside the front door open garage then park in the garage. Also the front security gate was not in working condition. One of the Rooms had an odor in it and though they tried to clean the carpet it still didnât change the smell of things. I would have liked them to do a better job of cleaning as well. There was sticky stuff on the floor a full garbage can and spiders and cobwebs in every corner as well as dusty baseboards. Iâd say hire new cleaning people..Letâs talk positive, the place is very nice and spacious. And minutes away from a lot of nice places to eat in lower Greenville.
