The pool was not clean so i did not let my grandson get in the bedding on the rooms was not changed and the upstairs toilet was messed up thr ice and water did not work on the refrigerator it was ok far as enough space but the stay was not that good overall for that price and not be up to part

Pool was not available dirty refrigerator old hair in cracks toilet wouldn’t stop running left over dirty clothes in rooms I’m very disappointed probably never book with Expedia again kids couldn’t even play in pool I booked this house in January it should’ve been in excellent shape

We were very disappointed with our experience and ultimately unable to stay at this property.We arrived as scheduled and, within approximately 40 minutes, made the decision to leave due to the condition of the home. It was not at a basic standard of cleanliness expected for a short-term rental.Specifically, we found hair and visible staining in multiple beds, hair around the toilets, personal items left behind from prior guests (including a nail clipper), and floors throughout the home that were clearly not clean — to the point that our socks became visibly dirty within minutes of walking inside. The pool also appeared not to have been maintained and was full of debris.Given these conditions, we were not comfortable staying in the property and secured a hotel for the duration of our trip.We documented the issues and attempted to resolve the situation directly and through VRBO, but were unable to reach a resolution.I would strongly encourage future guests to confirm the cleaning standards of the property in advance before booking.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The kitchen is not a "fully stocked kitchen" therefore planning two meals a day to be at the house was difficult at best. No kitchen towels, no hot pads, no toaster, no mixing bowls, one very small cookie sheet, no can opener. There were 8 towels, one wash cloth for 7 guest for 4 days. No place for suitcases, no hangers in the closets. No bathmats (tile floors, slippery when wet). There were several cleaning issues, mold in master shower (host insisted it was rust) The host was responsive, but the solutions would greatly interrupt our vacation.

Most everything was very nice. I know this is a new property to VRBO and in the spirit of offering insight as to what your guests might appreciate, i want to suggest the following: Linens. Bed linens, more towels, hands towels, wash cloths, bath mats, dish towels, and hot pads. The weather turned cold and we had to borrow blankets from family. In the warm months possibly pool towels and a floor mat coming in to the kitchen. In no way can the small, low sofa thing upstairs be considered a queen sofa bed. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and felt completely safe there. I would definitely rent this house again when these things are addressed.
