Most everything was very nice. I know this is a new property to VRBO and in the spirit of offering insight as to what your guests might appreciate, i want to suggest the following: Linens. Bed linens, more towels, hands towels, wash cloths, bath mats, dish towels, and hot pads. The weather turned cold and we had to borrow blankets from family. In the warm months possibly pool towels and a floor mat coming in to the kitchen. In no way can the small, low sofa thing upstairs be considered a queen sofa bed. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and felt completely safe there. I would definitely rent this house again when these things are addressed.
