Lack Compassion

It started stressful when I realized I had left my wallet at home. The manager was very patient and understanding. The guy after that shift was absolutely insensitive and not helpful at all. I get there are rules, but where is the compassion for people making mistakes. I pray he never has that situation happen to him. Got to the room and no air condition. Went to him and again insensitive. Lack professionalism. Horrible. He need to find a different job. Not hospitality. Except for him, the hotel is beautiful and very nice. Great location.

The breakfast wasn’t really good at all. I don’t know if the yogurt was sour but my son thought it was sour cream. The pool was okay. My husband and another guest felt the need to kinda “pool boy” it but it was fine. The AC was AMAZING. Best I’ve ever seen. Great location too. Room was clean but I think I saw mold in the bathroom where some wall paper was peeling.
