3. Additional Guests – If you have someone joining you beyond the maximum occupancy, you must send us a message via the Airbnb platform. An extra guest fee will be added to your reservation.
4. No Pets – Due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate any pets, including service animals and emotional support animals.
5. No Smoking – Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, pipes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
6. Maintenance Emergencies – For urgent issues (fire, flooding, or electrical problems), please message us on the Airbnb platform with the word “EMERGENCY” and describe the issue.
7. Toilets – Please do not flush baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or anything other than toilet paper. Doing so may cause plumbing damage. If a maintenance professional is dispatched due to this, you will be invoiced on-site and expected to pay directly.
8. Grease Disposal – Do not pour cooking grease into the sink or drains. This can cause serious plumbing issues. Guests will be held financially responsible for any resulting damage or repairs.
9. Hours of Communication – Our normal business hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. We respond to messages in the order they are received.
10. Courtesy Check-In – We perform a brief check-in (virtually or via message) on the day of arrival or the following morning to ensure everything meets your expectations.
