I stay in long-term rentals fairly often and have been in The Colony area 5 times in the past 3 years. This was the best house I have stayed in.First, It was the cleanest by far. Extremely well cared for, dustless, bugless (quite the feat for Dallas in my experience).The most comfortable beds and bedding of any home I have rented.Easy -- we were in town for 3 weeks for surgery/medical care and the last thing I needed was to deal with inconvenience. This home was easy, offered the perfect setup, all the essentials we needed, and in a quiet neighborhood that was also very close to shopping.So grateful!

Wedding weekend

This was the perfect landing spot for our family as we gathered for a friend's wedding. Close to all the gathering places we needed to be for rhe wedding. There are many options for restaurants and shopping close by.The host was very responsive to messages and all our addressed questions quickly.I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
