It's probably ok for a night or 2

It was ok. Liked having seperate bedrooms and bathrooms in our suite. Sheets had stains and elevator and hallways had unpleasant smells. Not the worst but not the best either.

Repeat customer for life!

Reservation was made under my boyfriend’s name and credit card on my account, and they refused to let him check in and pay the extra $100 for incidentals. I had to check in and pay the $100 with my debit card, luckily I had the money in my account. The rooms were nice and clean as always, and the price is always right. The people above us were a little loud, but settled down by the time we went to bed. The TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi, seemed to be only one option tor tv channel wise. Overall, this is our favorite place to stay in Dallas.

Overall it was good!

Overall, the hotel was good. We liked and appreciated that they had a full kitchen stocked with utensils. Also, we loved that it had the full washer and dryer. They even supply you with 1 use laundry soap and dry sheets. It reminded us of a small apartment which was nice. The bed was not that comfortable. It seemed like full size bed because I'm 5'2 and my feet ended up hanging off by the end of the night. Sink in the bathroom was tiny. Shower was big but the shower head had low pressure. Dish washer didnt work so had to wash by hand. Another thing is you could hear the people upstairs walking around so that wasnt always pleasant, and they had a dog. So we'd suggest getting a top floor room if you can. Overall it felt pretty safe. Rooms were nice.

The entire building 2 smelled like sewage in the lobby, on the elevator, and on every single floor. It was the most disgusting & foul stench I've ever smelled. The fact that this property thinks it's acceptable to actually charge customers money to stay in that building is shocking. Additionally, there was a large & obnoxious party that was taking place inside and outside of the property. Overall, the foul smell, loud parties, and uncomfortable cheap beds made this the worst hotel experience I've ever had and it's not even close.

I’m sure the place was really nice when first built however it’s getting a little run down, the place has permanent residents, not fond of walking into a wall a cigarette smoke as you walk into the building I was given a room on the second floor right above the entrance which was extremely loud because of the traffic of people going in and out, I did like that there was washer/dryer in the room however the washers smelled really bad, there was no washcloths just towels and hand towels,
