Yabbarra Sands - Enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious three bedroom home, a stones throw from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach in Dalmeny, NSW. With two queen-sized bedrooms, a double-bunk room, a mezzanine level entertainment area plus a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor deck area downstairs, there is plenty of room to relax, take in the sea views and enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach. After swimming, the private hot outdoor shower is a joy. Inside there are two family bathrooms, one with a spa bath. All linen and towels are supplied and the beds will be made ready for your arrival.

All linen and towels are included, so no need to fill the car with those. The house has a double garage, plus an additional parking bay for a small boat or jet-ski.

Ideally suited for a family or two couples, there is much to experience in the surrounding area. Enjoy a stroll or bicycle ride along the coastal pathway stretching from Dalmeny Main Beach around the headland, past Yabbara Beach and all the way along the coast to Narooma, enjoying the views of of spectacular beaches, headlands and Montague Island in the distance. There is a diverse selection of cafes, clubs, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more in the surrounding region including Bodalla, Tilba and Moruya. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, 4X4 driving in nearby National Parks and boat trips to Montague Island Marine Reserve are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes such as wake boarding, waterskiing and kayaking.

We had a lovely stay at Yarraba Sands. The house is in a great location near shops but in a quiet cup de sac with plenty of parking. Lovely beaches to explore and a beautiful place to just rest and relax. Lauren was a great and responsive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yabbarra Sands. Beach walks and days out - just a lovely unwind.The light at the top of the stairway is not working which really needs to be fixed plus the light in the upstairs bathroom.Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent!!!Beachfront location, at the edge of Dalmeny.The house is generously equipped with everything you need.Kitchen, pantry ( more than just the basics), cooking equipment, coffee, laundry and cleaning (should you have the need)Also plenty of board games, books, and table tennis should you need to spend time indoors. Plus beach gear and boogie boards provided.We were lucky to have great winter weather so we were out every day exploring the area.Lauren was a very responsive host and we had a great stay. We are planning to return in the summer.

Yabarra Beach stay

This house is ideally located to the beautiful Yabarra Beach as well as Dalmeny, Kianga and Bar Beaches. Narooma is close by and Tilba Tilba and Bermagui are short drives away and worthwhile visiting.The house is comfortable and had what we needed. The garage is full of the owner's items so cannot be used, but there is ample parking for 1 car off road.

We had a lovely time touring the area & the house was comfortable & nicely presented. Possible improvements would be to have a proper gas BBQ on deck & better outdoor seating for 6 people. We would come again.

Amazing Easter holiday get away, veiws from upstairs amazing, so close to the beach, amazing weather, quite neighbours. The house has everything you need except an a/c unit, which might be needed in summer but was comfortable without.

A lovely relaxing time

This was such an easy property to stay in - it had everything we needed, was comfortable, easy for us to get to and from everywhere as we tripped all over the South Coast. We loved that there was two separate living spaces - one for the adults, and the mezzanine level where the teenagers could hang out and do their thing. Thanks for such a lovely house to stay.

Lovely short break

We had three nights at the house - really comfortable, clean tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with Lauren was easy. We enjoyed walks to Dalmeny along the beach path and Narooma wasn’t far away by car. Very quiet. We enjoyed the upstairs lounge area all spread out watching the Sydney cricket test.

Great Family Holiday

Yabbarra Sands was the perfect place for the family to unwind. Being close to beach meant that everyday was relaxing and the Lauren and Malcolm were excellent hosts. The house was well stocked with all that we needed plus the supplied amentites (books, games and TV) made for the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend and we know we will be back.

Outstanding Beachfront Stay

The house is right across from a lovely beach and rockpool area. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The house has excellent privacy and is also opposite a path that runs all the way into Narooma for the long distance walkers and bike riders. The table tennis was great fun. The house is very clean, well designed and well maintained. It is highly recommended for all given the great location, comfort and cleanliness. We decided to book again for next year!

Family stay

We had a lovely time celebrating my mums 60th birthday. The property was great, clean and so many amenities. Loved playing table tennis, and relaxing on the deck. Really enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches, all so beautiful and serene. We saw wallabies, seals, dolphins and emus. Overall a fantastic stay and trip to remember!
