Enjoy all that the area offers in this 3-bedroom farmhouse. This adorable property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 1 full bed, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed, and a large living room with TV, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The farmhouse features modern amenities such as WiFi, and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Situated between Elk Mountain and Montage Mountain, close to many golf courses and Hurricane Hills Sports Center and just minutes from the Lackawanna State Park, this fully renovated but still charming farmhouse is a great find for sports enthusiasts. Endless Mountain Hot Air Balloons flies from this area. You can book at weflyhotair.com. The home is located on an improved farm road. Please be advised that depending on the time of year, road maybe muddy or dusty. This home has no air conditioning but most nights in summer are cool.

I am so happy my wife and I had the opportunity to stay at the Farmhouse. Since our retirement in 2021, my wife and I have traveled a lot. The Farmhouse is one of, if not THE best places, we have stayed at. This is a 5-star house, meeting all of our needs and in a location that was quiet and comfortable. The house is clean and charming with spacious rooms all decorated beautifully. The screened-in porch on the side of the house is a total game changer, and it is great for group dinners and early mornings to read and listen to the birds. The bedrooms are roomy and beyond comfortable. The two bathrooms are equally nice with plenty of room, especially the bathroom off the double bed suite. In addition, the kitchen and living room are amazing, well-equipped, and will meet 100% of your needs. Further, the grounds have an amazing amount of space. This is a total A place to stay; I can't recommend it enough. Thanks to Lynn and Mark for creating a very comfortable and wonderful place to stay. We will be back!

I loved this house, the host and the stay was just amazing!! My 2 best friends and I had our first annual Girls Ski weekend. I've stayed in a LOT of places both in US, France, Germany, UK, Ireland and this one sits at the top of the list. It was so clean, had ALL the amenities, the rooms, beds and bathrooms were just perfect. The host communications were spot on. They made sure, due to the brutal temps, that we had the garage to house the car, checked in on us due to snow, etc and were not intrusive!! I cannot say enough. We will definitely be back and having read some of the entries in their guest book, this place will need to be booked way ahead of time!!! Thank you!!!

This was a truly lovely stay. The space was clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I can’t say enough great things about The Farmhouse! It was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home manages to strike the perfect balance between charming farmhouse character and modern comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the stylish renovations to the incredibly comfortable furnishings.It genuinely felt like a real home: warm, inviting, and extremely well-appointed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The dĂ©cor was tasteful and cohesive, and the layout made it easy to settle in right away. Beds were wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials and more, and every space felt fresh and immaculate.This is exactly what you hope for when you book a rental home. I would recommend The Farmhouse in a heartbeat and can’t wait for the chance to return!

This house was delightful. It had everything we needed and was spotless. It helped that they even had a tree up since we were there on Christmas. The owners could not have been more helpful. They were shoveling in the morning! The location is also very close to a back section of Lackawanna State Park that is lovely. Best VRBO in Northeastern PA (NEPA), and we have been to several!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn's farmhouse! The house was so cozy and felt like we were staying right at home on the farm. The screen porch was wonderful for morning breakfasts while watching wildlife pass by including many deer. It is a nice location close to town for shops and restaurants.

This adorable farmhouse was cozy and exactly as described. We enjoyed the firepit and the screened in porch too! The owners have pretty much thought of everything to make your stay comfy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if coming back to the area.

We were in town for a family reunion. The Farmhouse was absolutely perfect! Our three-year-old Niece loved exploring the home and the property. She was so excited to find books and games. We will definitely be back...I think we will stay for 2 nights next time!
