No exhaust fan in the bathroom

Very disappointed. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom didn't have a functioning exhaust fan. The sink drain was stopped up or something.

While the room appeared to be cleaned prior to our stay, the mattress was totally disgusting. It looks like a death occurred and the blood was washed off but not completely. It also looked as if someone urinated on the mattress. I can send pictures. Our vanity light by the room door did not work. The shower tile grout hasn’t been cleaned since Reno. I advised the clerk at check out of these.

it’s just stuff maintained well. Seems like they have no cleaning person on staff. Everything updated and Old the rooms smelled funny. Every time you sit on the bed you hear a loud bang.

Bed covers had holes. TV has no guide or the ability to link your Netflix account and watch. They store the waffle syrup in an water pitcher and leave it in the bottom cabinet with no cover. Staff is not responsive with poor communication.

Property staff were very rude . Pool was false advertising. Bathroom sink was stomped up , microwave didn’t work. Back door was opened and wouldn’t close . There were beer bottles on the stairs. The morning breakfast area was insanitary. Breakfast wasn’t fair it was gone by 8am. Staff didn’t help with any of our needs .

I stayed one night and the bed and bathroom were clean and in good condition. I dropped some stars because of three items 1) hairdryer plug was broken, 2) there was a stale cigarette smoke smell and 3) there was a coffee pot in the room but no cups or mugs to use.

The drain in the bathroom don’t work, there was weird black stuff floating in the pool, one of the workers banged on my door at 10:30 am when check out was at 12, just dingy and nasty will never stay again

Sitting in bathroom water starting coming down through ceiling a lot water all over. Went down to front desk. Said to me I will get it fixed in the morning. Told him you better come check it out looked in from hallway..I said you better go up stairs see were it’s coming from get a mop &bucket to clean up brought towels. I requested change rooms. Story could go &on said mgr not in noon next day staff should have better training. He was very polite just didn’t know what to do. Very inconvenient.

This is not for a family stay.

I would never book this hotel again. As soon as you walk in, it smells like poop. You can also tell they have a little selection of breakfast when you walk in. The pool green, not blue as it should be. I asked for more towels since there wasn’t enough in the room for us and the guy wasn’t too happy at the front to give me some. I noticed there was a stain towel that honestly kind of looked like poop. I hate I didn’t take a picture of it. But I did take a picture of the same stain on the sheets that were there on the first night. Kind of looks like peanut butter which I hope it was peanut butter and not poop. When the housekeeping came in the next morning, I told her to please change it because it was dirty and she was not too happy about it. They said the dryer wasn’t working at the laundry room. For breakfast all they had was a waffle maker, sliced old bread, some banana muffins, and some cereal. They had no juice, no bagels or just your other regular stuff that you see at other hotels and just overall it was not the best experience. Again, I would not book this hotel ever again. So if you’re thinking about staying with your family, do not do so. If you’re here on business and you’re by yourself maybe it’s worth it.

Very basic but you get what you pay for I guess. The beds were on metallic bases that boomed when you got into bed. The corridor had an obnoxious smell of smoked stale weed. Breakfast was very minimal and basic too
