Upon arrival we were informed the room needed to be “checked”, even though we arrived 45 minutes later than the check-in time. We waited for 15 minutes and then decided to go wait by the room, which was clearly ready.
The first night our electricity shut off/ on approx. 10 times, when informing the front desk of this mishap they nonchalanty said this was the local electricty company, and would not compensate for this issue. Being locals, we are well aware that this issue would not be caused by the electricity company and stated this to them as well.
The buffet restaurant was okay, sometimes things would run out. Or certain areas not even utilized to provide more options.
The pizza restaurant was good, waiting time a bit long but they made this clear with a sign at the ordering counter.
The snack bar ran out of wings, which I found odd and the burger was not beef but ‘frikandel’ patty instead.
The upsides, the room (family room) was spacious enough for us as a family of 4. The building we were assigned has a parking space, which is not the case for all buildings so this was a pro.
The waterpark was the main reason we chose this stay for the kids and it was a hit.
We would most probably not return for a stay in the near future but a day pass most likely for the kids to enjoy the waterpark.
