Receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. She was nasty. Service at Ramsey’s was sloooooooow! Casino staff were all very nice and easy to work with. Casino was very clean. Overall good experience and we will return.

There were little food option at the Casino and we went into town. Room was nice. Too much smoking in casino for nonsmoking people. My eyes were killing me by the end of the night.

Would highly recommend Caesars in Danville very polite people kind the restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay‘s restaurant was the best restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. The service was fantastic. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Played in the casino and even won a little the rooms were immaculate

when you stay here make sure you bring a sweater. for some reason they keep the entire casino about 67 degrees. also, the restaurant service and drink service is sorely lacking here.

Everything was great with the exception of the amount of smokers in the casino. Although I enjoyed my visit, I will not revisit. Really should not allow smoking or at least have a smoking only area. I came to play but did very little due to the excessive amount of smoke. So sorry but will not return unless corrected.
