Historic 2 br & 2 ba On the River
In the heart of downtown Danville, this historic unit is literally adjacent to the walking bridge, river walk, dog park, amphitheater, market, city museum, and downtown local restaurants. This unit has 2 king beds and 2 baths.
First time staying in this type of place, normally we aim to stay in stand alone houses. It was actually really great. Location was perfect for the Carrington Pavilion Harvest Jubilee (Cooper Alan & Thomas Mac concer). Plus a fenced in dog park right around the corner. All of the permanent residents we encountered were friendly.
As advertised, clean and nicely appointed. The primary b/r is very large and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is only a 3/4 wall if privacy is an issue. Wasn't for us. I'd stay there again!
Great location for people and especially pets. Everything was amazing. The property was fully furnished. Kitchen had all weNeeded to eat in and enjoy adult beverages. Fist cost to Danville. WeWill be coming back and staying with Kim. We
This is our third visit to the historic river district and we loved it again. Itâs an easy walk for coffee, dinner and the bridge. We visited the farm market on Saturday morning as well. We love the convenience of our own place to stay while visiting family.
Good location, apartment was clean. Mix up with host and ended up in unit that did not have what I needed for the weekend. Key pad difficult to open at first. Key box would not open with code. Slow communication with host. Would not rely on host for urgent questions or concerns.
The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future!
We were traveling from Brooklyn to Florida and my cousin recommended we all stay there as she had stayed at Kim's place before. Perfect location and place to relax and stroll around as we enjoyed a days rest to break up the drive. Thanks Kim
This place was in an excellent location and we totally enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very well equipped. We loved being so close to the river walk and within walking distance of restaurants. The one drawback was the noise from the train close by. However, we would stay here again because the location, atmosphere and comfort of the rooms were well worth it.
