Historic 2 br & 1 ba On the River
In the heart of downtown right next to the river walk, walking bridge, dog park, amphitheater, and science museum with a short walk to multiple downtown restaurants. Original brick walls of the old tobacco warehouse. And you have your own private side entrance that leads directly to your space!
Great location in Danville! We would certainly book this property again. The location is perfect to walk to all the local shopping and restaurants! The farmers market was amazing on Saturday morning. Walking trails and dog park were steps away from the building. Comfy place and had everything you need for a short or long stay!
This was a family trip to drop my son off at school. This was perfect! We had plenty of space for cooking, hanging out and sleeping. Access to the apartment was so simple. I had known reaching the owner was easy and they responded quickly based on messages before our stay so it was great to know if we had needed anything they would respond quickly (we did not need anything during our stay). Our stay was so smooth and relaxing. Lots of great walking trails nearby! Will book again!!
Visited the area and found this place as a good place to visit from. It was near good eats and all were within walking distance. The unit was stocked with the basics and was clean. It was nice for the visit.
Everything was great from booking, arrival, our stay and departure. Very quiet, clean, comfortable and esthetically pleasing. So much better than a hotel. Would definitely stay again.
As Described!! Quiet, comfortable, and a great location. We loved the ability to have our dogs with us and walk them over to Dog Park. (less than 500 feet away) Nice private entrance and a reserved parking spot, loved having access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Short drive to restaurants and bars.
This was my third booking with this group's properties and was another winner. I select a different one each time, and loved how quiet this one was but how close it is to restaurants, coffee shops, even a cool Saturday morning Farmers Market that I stumbled across. It's a corner unit overlooking a little wooded valley with a stream from two of the windows, which reminded me of my first apartment ever (but was nicer). I will be back!
Very cute and quaint place⊠upon arriving, we did find a few dead bugs on the floor. Also, the toilet had been flushed but there was still some remnants. We chose to just flush it/clean the bugs up and not contact the host, but definitely made me wonder how well it had been cleaned since the last guests (which Iâm assuming was the night before since this was the only night it was available for us to rent.) Walking from the parking lot, you do have to pass by the trash dumpsters which do not smell great. Nothing the host can do about that though. The bedroom ceilings are open which was not a problem for us but could be for some people with kids etc when getting up earlier than some in your party or if some are going to bed earlier than others. Overall, it worked for us. Felt safe and seemed like a great location for maybe walking to some restaurants etc. The host communicated with us well prior to arriving and check in was easy.
The apartment is easy to check into. Instructions were well communicated. The home is modern with exposed brick and exposed ceiling. The beds were comfy!
Went for Chris Young concert & location was prime! Food/coffee/adult beverages within walking distance and right next to the pavilion. Will definitely come back !
We came to celebrate my sisterâs birthday. It was just the right amount of sleeping and living space! Very comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed going to Links, Dog Eared book store and the tea room above it! We got to go to the markets opening and the science museum! We had a great family stay!
